Mindful Movement for Kids

Join us at BPY Downtown for a kid-tastic program! We are offering group classes this fall to get girls and boys of all ages moving in the most mindful of ways. Mindful Movers is more than just a good time after school! Yoga helps children learn body awareness, build concentration and confidence, and gives them a safe space to tune out of their busy lives and be a part of a non-competitive community! Through awareness of breath, fun sequences of movement and teamwork, Mindful Movers will leave your child with a new set of tools and attitude to take on the world!

Kids yoga is currently on hiatus, but will be back later in the summer!

Mindful Movement for Kids 3-7


In Mindful Movement, kids will be guided through a series of fun and engaging yoga poses, stories and games. This engaging class will keep short attention spans focused. These tots will be having so much fun they won’t even realize they are working on coordination and balance. Mindful practices will help little ones manage their emotions and have fewer temper tantrums!
