Vinyasa means to move with the breath. Creative sequencing with a focus on alignment will help beginning and more advanced students flow through their practice. Classes are generally faster-paced, but can also be gentle, and help to connect the mind and the body with rhythm of the breath. These classes are appropriate for beginning and more experienced yogis.
Power Yoga is like a vinyasa class where it focuses on moving with the breath, but it is fast-paced and intense. You will move rapidly from one pose to the next building strength and endurance. This class is appropriate for more experienced yogis.
