Seasonal Yoga Workshop: Asana, Pranayama and Meditation

Join Sara for a fall afternoon of yoga incorporating themes of the season in an invigorating practice that will leave you feeling stretched, refreshed and centered. We will undertake a self-exploration using the tools of yoga - moving, breathing and sitting. All levels are welcome. The asana practice will be at the intermediate level but modifications will be offered for beginners.
