Jennifer Campbell

Jennifer Campbell has been practicing movement arts since she was 6 years old. She came to yoga in 2006 to renew her spirit after years of dealing with a particularly aggresive case of Crohn's disease. The practice helped her to recover from surgery in 2008 and helped her body rebuild and her center to remain in tact. In 2010 Jennifer decided to take her practice off her own mat and into the community by enrolling in a 9 month teacher training intensive through Blue Lotus yoga studio in downtown Raleigh. Through this program she had the pleasure of expanding her practice under the skilled guidance of Jill Sockman, Yvonne Cropp, and Carrington Jackson. She has also had the pleasure of working with nationally renowned instructors such as Heather Tiddens, Warren Grossman, Kristen Cooper-Gulak, as well as the leaders of Off the Mat Into the World including Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, and Suzanne Sterling who have helped her to create context around using yoga for activism and service. Jennifer uses her classes to dive deeper into the purpose of the yoga practice and it's ability to restore, rebuild, and rejuvenate. Her Vinyasa styling is one of deliberate and fluid movement into stillness. Join her to build heat in the body, lubricate the joints, work with muscular energy and liberate the soul.
