With over 20 years of health, wellness and fitness experience Meg is very excited to be joining Blue Point Yoga. Meg graduated with a Masters in Exercise Physiology from UNC Chapel Hill and later completed her course work for a Masters degree in Experimental Psychology from Towson University. These experiences have contributed to her passion for achieving a balance in physical and mental health. She has been fortunate in her career to have the opportunity to learn from both healthy and high risk groups ranging in ages from 8 to 103 years. Working with seniors has developed her huge appreciation for "quality" of life. Adding life to one's years is what it is all about!

Meg is excited to continue her exploration of mind/body balance and core strength development at Blue Point Yoga. She strongly believes that everyone has a place in her Pilates class. She looks forward to listening to your story, having some fun and helping you find your way to greater balance, core strength and quality of life.
