Our Philosophy

At Blue Point, we believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, and we are committed to making yoga accessible to everyone. We have many options for beginners, including our introductory series, Yoga Fundamentals, as well as several Basics and Basics/Intermediate classes. For those with an established practiced, we also have an extensive variety of classes. Our space is warm and inviting, the perfect setting to step onto your mat and begin or continue your journey.
