In this course you will learn: • Skills for energizing and elevating moods • Breathing techniques for calming the anxious mind • Simple yoga poses to dissolve physical tension and improve sleep • Meditations for increase self awareness and compassion • Tools for increasing connection to the mind, mood and body.

Cost: $100 (unlimited yoga members save 10%)
Cancellations received 48 hours before the start of the course will be refunded. There are no refunds or transfers awarded after that time. This course is not prorated. Missed classes can be made up in the next offering of the course.
