Kelly’s first experience with Yoga started in 2005 as an extracurricular activity from her college athlete experience and continued through graduate school. She relocated to Durham to work as a Physician Assistant, started attending Blue Point Yoga classes. She has always enjoyed the physical practice of yoga, however with more exposure to the spiritual side of Yoga, she began to see the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in her practice. She completed 200 hr Certification Training at Blue Point Yoga with Sara Doyle in March 2017. With Kelly’s medical background, she incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and brings energy to class with intent to help students apply yoga principles in their daily lives.

Flow Level 2
This class is designed for students with some familiarity with yoga. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for those who need less of a challenge!
