Testimonials The Prenatal training at Blue Point Yoga is an exceptional one. Led by experienced yogis, teachers and mamas with fantastic guest lecturers, this training is comprehensive, unique and at times completely eye opening and jaw dropping! This training is so much more than learning to lead pregnant women, in various stages of pregnancy, through the practice of asanas. Andrea and Sara create a space where you connect to your femininity, your strength. After every session I left feeling more empowered and prepared to create that same space for my students. -Blair Cuneo
The prenatal yoga teacher training was like a fantastic monthly retreat for me! Sara and Andrea really succeeded in creating a supportive environment that offered a safe space for learning and sharing! They both taught to their strengths and their experience was evident. The program was further enriched by monthly guest speakers with relative knowledge to pregnancy and yoga. I particularly appreciated these speakers as it helped create a broader picture for understanding and supporting pregnancy. Feedback from Sara and Andrea was always appropriate and respectfully given. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more about yoga in pregnancy. After completing the training, I began teaching prenatal yoga. Thanks to the thorough instruction, I felt fully equipped. Whether you are wanting to teach or deepen your own knowledge, this is a GREAT class! I look forward to attending more workshops as they grow the program! -- Camille DeSantis, LMBT, birth doula and pre and postnatal yoga instuctor
