If you are new to the studio, please do NOT sign up online. Your first class is free, and this can only be redeemed by coming into the studio. All of our classes work on a drop-in basis, meaning that there is no need to reserve a spot ahead of time. Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your class begins. If you like your first class, you have the opportunity to purchase a 5 or 10 class package for a 25% discount, an offer that is only good on the day of your first class.

200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

Blue Point Yoga and Sarah Trelease are partnering again for a 200-hour teacher training that will begin in August with a 5-day intensive. Then it is one weekend a month for 5 months. If you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher or depeening your practice, then this training is for you!

This is an exciting new monthly series that we will be offering, taught by a rotating group of teachers. Each class will center around a single, challenging pose. We will work on ways to open and strengthen the body in preparation for the featured asana. All levels are welcome and we'd love your suggestions for future classes!
